Lead Support Engineer - Information Technology Business Partner - Insurance Industry
Our client is seeking a strategic, client-facing, hands-on IT Business Partner / Lead Engineer / Help Desk Team Lead with experience in the Insurance Industry (front and back office knowledge of AMS360 / Vertafore and / or Applied EPIC and agency workflows) to provide high-level support across multiple clients. The role involves help desk support, systems integration, end-user support, website management, and cybersecurity protocols, with a strong understanding of the Microsoft Office environment. Microsoft certifications and Insurance Industry knowledge are a plus.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, self-starting, with a proven track record in IT consulting and team leadership, capable of supporting all organizational levels and managing multiple clients.
