Role Summary

The Planning & Control Leader, based in Arequipa, Peru, will play a dual role : leading the planning, scheduling, and control of turnkey service projects while also acting as a hands-on technical and operational leader in the field. This position aligns resources, budgets, and timelines with customer and business objectives, ensuring safety, service excellence, and commercial impact. The role combines operational discipline, customer focus, and leadership, making it a critical driver of growth and performance in the region.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Lead and coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of turnkey service projects.
• Ensure excellence in safety (TRIF), utilization, and profitability KPIs.
• Align local execution with global and regional strategies to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Manage resources, priorities, and budgets to deliver projects on time and within scope.
