• Oversee multiple buildings and ensure quality cleaning services for customer satisfaction and retention
• Train, coach, and lead a team of Cleaning Associates
• Control labor and supply costs to meet budget goals
• Identify training needs and support employee development
• Manage scheduling, time management, and weekly planning
• Deliver products and supplies to ensure all locations are fully stocked
• Communicate effectively with your team and upper management
• Support first shift operations with flexibility for other shifts as needed
