We’re looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team. You will drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting, developing accurate forecasts and executing strategies that translate projections into scalable growth for clients. You will act as a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations, and representing CTC’s approach to media acquisition and tools.

  • Responsibilities & What Success Looks Like

  • Be ready for a challenging kickoff period and develop high-leverage skills.
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing client work, ensuring accurate Prophet-based growth maps and data-driven forecasts.
  • Manage, align, and collaborate with pod team members (e.g., Google strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist).
  • Build growth forecasts, growth maps, and data analyses; align marketing calendars with clients.
  • Deliver daily execution aligned to forecasts and continuously improve projections to meet KPIs.
  • Communicate with clients regularly; provide daily performance updates and weekly strategy reviews.
  • Implement tests to improve campaign performance and maintain alignment with client goals.
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery, maintain data integrity across systems, and uphold the Prophet system standards.
  • Compensation, Growth & Benefits

  • Salary range : First month $2,000; second month $4,000; third month average around $7,000; 1st year : $64,000–$76,000; 2nd year : $100,000–$120,000. Final compensation depends on client load and performance.
