Role Overview
In this position you will blend strategic demand‑gen vision with hands‑on digital execution. From building ABM campaigns that open doors with Enterprise accounts to building email nurture workflows, and optimizing paid media across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and programmatic. Success hinges on scalable programs that deliver qualified leads, standing up tracking, attribution, and relentless optimization.>
What You’ll Do
- Develop and own Passport’s demand generation strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and high‑quality leads from mid‑market and Enterprise brands.
- Implement strategic ABM programs tailored for million‑dollar+ deals, 1 : few and 1 : many.
- Partner with SDRs, Sales, and RevOps to align on account targeting, lead hand‑off, and pipeline impact.
- Stand up lifecycle programs for prospects and customers—including winback, re‑engagement, loyalty, referral, wins, NPS, reviews—designed to increase conversion, retention, and advocacy.
- Create and optimize campaign landing pages in HubSpot, WordPress, or no‑code platforms like Lovable.
- Plan, launch, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across paid search, social, and programmatic channels.
- Set up and manage campaigns in HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and webinar platforms.
- Build dashboards and reports across Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, and GA4 to measure performance against goals.
- Design and leverage lead scoring frameworks and attribution models to qualify opportunities and improve alignment.
- Test new creative, messaging, offers, and audience strategies to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate with third‑party vendors and platform reps to maximize performance and ensure smooth execution.
- Share results and learnings with marketing and leadership in weekly or bi‑weekly meetings.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or ecommerce tech.Proven track record of driving mid‑market and Enterprise pipeline growth through ABM and digital campaigns.Hands‑on expertise with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Salesforce, and platforms like 6sense.Strong grasp of campaign tracking, analytics, and dashboards (UTM, tags, dashboards).Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns.Highly organized, dependable, and strong multitasking.Collaborative, remote‑friendly, proactive and scrappy mindset.Benefits & Perks
