About talisman advisory partners we provide talent solutions today, for the industries of tomorrow. We're a search and staffing firm that has vertically integrated functional recruitment teams across Energy and Infrastructure. We are growing the team at our LA office in Venice, CA and are looking to add senior level hires to join our Environmental & Civil team. This person will support entry and expansion into exciting high growth markets.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment
Recruitment agency experience, ideally in Environmental, Civil, Infrastructure, or Sustainability
Experience working in technical, candidate short markets
Track record of hitting weekly / monthly / quarterly business development targets
Ambitious, smart, and excellent communicators
Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment

Responsibilities

Strategically contribute to the growth of our Engineering team in-line with our existing verticals

Source top talent using various networking tools (LI Recruiter, CRM, events, cold call, email)

Navigate hiring processes using professional negotiation skills and judgment

Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality candidate and client management

Identify trends and opportunities across your target market and candidate pool

Set and exceed goals around business objectives
