• Drive innovation and define processes across the post-processing section of the manufacturing floor, including removing parts from printing plates, supporting cleanup, and ensuring parts are set for delivery to the customer.
• Define processes and continuously identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.
• Leverage a background in metal manufacturing (e.g., aerospace, automotive) where dimension accuracy is a key element.
