Descripción del trabajoLead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI / ML solutions . Collaborate with business and engineering teams to define and prioritize AI projects. Drive rapid proof-of-concept development for AI initiatives. Mentor your team and foster continuous learning. Take ownership of ML projects with state-of-the-art solutions. Research and design new solutions and complex architectures. Proactively propose new tools, solutions, and methodologies. Ensure project scalability and robustness . Manage cross-team communication and planning. Participate in team hiring. Proven experience in technical leadership roles. Strong Python proficiency and familiarity with Machine Learning libraries . Hands-on experience in applied ML projects . Advanced experience in NLP and LLMs . Practical knowledge of microservices and third-party AI API integration. Experience with monitoring applications in production and code versioning (Git) . Advanced English . Excellent communication, proactivity, and teamwork skills. Familiarity with Scrum or Agile . Required tools : Python, Docker, SQL, Git, AWS, OCI, Azure or GCP . Experience with MLOps . Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Diffusers) or AI Agents . Prior experience leading larger teams. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
