Location : Remote (Latin America)

  • Position : Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building, scaling, and maintaining high-impact web applications. You'll work across the entire stack, taking features from concept to deployment, and your expertise in Ruby on Rails will be key to our success.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable features using Ruby on Rails.
  • Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces with modern front-end frameworks like ReactorAngular.
  • Architect and optimize database schemas and queries, primarily using PostgreSQL.
  • Collaborate within a cross-functional Agile team to deliver high-quality software.
  • Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines and utilize Docker for containerization.
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

    • What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
  • Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails.
  • Professional experience with a modern front-end framework (ReactorAngular).
  • Solid experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and designing CI / CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency with cloud services, preferably AWS.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) to effectively collaborate with the team.
  • A problem-solving mindset and a passion for building great products.

    • Bonus Points For

  • Experience with Python.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
