Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., a multi-office national defense firm is seeking Nevada licensed attorneys in one or more of the following areas : Professional Liability defense, General Liability defense, Insurance defense, First Party Property defense, PIP defense, Commercial Litigation, Construction defense and Workers’ Compensation defense.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of litigation including creating defense strategy, client communication and reporting, conducting investigations, taking and defending depositions, managing motion practice and trial. We are open to a part-time position.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in the State of Nevada
• 2+ years of insurance defense experience
• Mediation, arbitration and trial experience, first or second chair
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent research abilities and written and oral communication skills
• Book of business is a plus, but not mandatory
