Key Responsibilities

• Attract and recruit new streamers to join our Salsa app.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of streamer leads through direct outreach, referrals, and digital networking.
• Keep weekly candidate checklists up to date and ensure all leads are tracked and followed up on consistently.
• Craft compelling, personalized communication to engage creators and convince them to join the platform.
• Support onboarded streamers by resolving questions or concerns with a proactive, positive approach.
• Keep streamers informed about platform updates, special campaigns, and promotional opportunities to keep them active and motivated.
