A leading U.S. law firm is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its San Francisco or Los Angeles office. The role involves general commercial litigation, with potential exposure to intellectual property and labor & employment disputes.
Responsibilities
- Manage cases with increasing responsibility, including first or second chair appearances.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis; develop strategy and advocacy skills.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and manage junior team members.
