Overview

Were Hiring : Country Manager | Multinational Tech Company | Peru

A multinational company with operations in 13 Latin American countries, specialized in technological solutions for digital identification and investigation , is seeking its next Country Manager based in Peru .

Responsibilities

  • Lead the country operation by aligning commercial, operational, financial, and quality policies with the strategic guidelines set by the Head Office. Drive sustainable growth, strengthen brand presence, and lead high-performance teams.
  • Define and implement the local strategy in alignment with the regional vision.
  • Lead commercial and operational teams, promoting a results-driven culture.
  • Develop new business opportunities and manage existing and potential clients.
  • Build and execute the commercial budget in collaboration with the LATAM Sales Manager.
  • Oversee the entire commercial cycle : from proposal preparation and presentation to negotiation, contract closing, and post-sale follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Senior professional with a university degree and postgraduate studies.
  • At least 6 years of experience in similar roles within multinational tech companies (preferably in biometrics or digital identification technologies).
  • Proven experience working with the public sector , including relationships with government entities at a ministerial level in Latin America ( mandatory ).
  • Advanced command of English ( mandatory ); French is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory and commercial environment in the public sector across the region.
  • Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

    • Location

    Location : Lima, Peru (with availability to travel within the region).
