Role

The Role

  • As a Software Business Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and ensuring solutions align with organizational goals.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor's / master's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in Project Management with a strong background in Business Analysis.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading software projects or in a technical setting is a plus.
  • Knack for problem-solving, keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Solid experience in using JIRA software application.
