About The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Visual Designer with expertise in UI / UX design, email marketing, and packaging to lead and execute creative strategies across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction for digital and physical experiences (website, emails, packaging, etc.)
• Oversee UI / UX improvements to optimize the customer journey
• Design or supervise the design of marketing emails
• Lead packaging design that aligns with the brand and enhances the unboxing experience
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment
• Manage internal and external designers or agencies as needed
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices
