Overview

As a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) , you will lead all FP&A and strategy activities and participate in capital market matters for the organization. This role provides strategic and financial leadership, drives insights from data and analytics, and communicates narratives that influence decision-making and drive performance. You will collaborate across functions to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and analysis, and champion continuous improvement within FP&A and the business.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership : Lead the company’s strategic and financial planning, align financial initiatives with broader business goals, drive long-range planning, scenario modeling, and business case development. Regularly present financial insights to inform the company’s direction as a strategic partner to the CFO, President, and CEO.
• Financial Operations & Governance : Own modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes; ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives. Maintain financial governance with internal controls, audit support, and investor reporting. Contribute to Executive Committee and lender presentations.
• Executive & Capital Markets Support : Collaborate with the Executive Team to support capital markets activities, including fundraising and investor relations. Manage project prioritization and interdependencies, and coordinate across Finance and other business segments for strategic execution.
• Team Development & Leadership : Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team, mentoring members, fostering accountability, and supporting professional growth to deliver high-impact analysis and planning.
• Managerial Responsibility : Direct supervisory responsibility including the authority to hire, transfer, suspend, layoff, recall, promote, discharge, assign, reward, or discipline actions.
