Overview

Darwin AI enables mid-market companies to automate key business processes with AI-powered digital workers via WhatsApp. Our AI workers handle essential customer interactions, including inbound qualification, outbound reactivation, satisfaction surveys, appointment scheduling, payment collections, and more. As the only no-prompt AI solution on the market, Darwin AI enables mid-market businesses to leverage AI without requiring technical teams or expertise, offering seamless integration and immediate impact.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with our engineers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience working as a back-end developer
  • Solid experience with Node.js
  • Solid experience with Python
  • Solid experience with Golang
  • Experience with Microservices and AWS
