Role Summary And Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Senior Associate, Business Intelligence, who will support :

• Collect data requirements from client teams including the Business Intelligence (Analytics) team to understand the measurement framework, the most critical metrics to implement for database build and business logic for data stitching and reporting.
• Manage the retrieving, compiling, and formatting of large volumes of data (ETL); data cleaning.
• Assist in the build and development of weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting.
• Work with Global team in the US to ensure connectivity between regions reporting, US reporting and Global; across pods.
• Assist in the strategy and development of the data visualization layer of the business intelligence platforms for insight generation for use in campaign monitoring and optimization.
• Help the development of automated QA processes to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
