Location : Peru (Remote, Hybrid, or On-site – You don’t need to be based in Lima)

Are you a certified PMP Project Manager ready to lead high-impact projects in the healthcare industry? WAC, an offshore company with over 15 years of experience in the Peruvian market, offers long-term stability and career growth. We're looking for a bilingual Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on medical billing and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross-departmental projects from start to finish
• Build and execute plans focused on ROI and resource efficiency
• Ensure successful delivery on time and within budget
• Collaborate with Operations, Tech, Customer Service, and International teams
• Standardize processes and implement dashboards (Bitrix, Excel, Teams)
