Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media posts for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Assist in patient outreach campaigns and newsletters.
- Design marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools.
- Maintain and update patient communication and marketing records in EHR or CRM systems.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure messaging aligns with HIPAA and privacy regulations.
- Monitor and report on social media engagement and marketing campaign performance.
- Support legal and compliance review of marketing content when necessary.
Requirements
