- , focusing on mental health, essential medicines, and chronic disease management.To serve its needs and sustain its growth ambitions, GreenShield is looking to hire a Director, Legal Affairs to join its legal team and have primary responsibility for its insurance line of business and activities in Quebec.Responsibilities- Provide timely and strategic legal advice on a wide range of insurance and health matters, including regulatory compliance, product development, marketing, licensing, and contract negotiation. - Support strategic partnerships, RFPs, and the resolution of claims and disputes. - Contribute to GreenShield's growth in Quebec by advising on the delivery and distribution of products and services tailored to this market. - Collaborate with business and operations leaders to support organizational needs across the company.Qualifications- At least 5 years of relevant experience practicing commercial, corporate, and insurance law. - Called to the Bar of a Canadian province. - Bilingualism is preferred.NotesThis is an exclusive search with ZSA Legal Recruitment.
