A leading TikTok Shop partner in Los Angeles is seeking a Livestream Operations Director to drive livestream sales growth and lead a high-performing team. This role will oversee livestream planning, manage hosts / creators, and deliver measurable sales results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and execute livestream growth strategies
• Manage livestream schedule, product selection, and campaigns
• Lead and train hosts / creators to improve engagement and retention
• Track and optimize key metrics (GMV, conversion, ROI)
• Mentor and manage the livestream operations team
