Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Support Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our team.

This role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting service continuity.

Key Responsibilities : Support daily administrative and operational tasks, ensuring adherence to established processes.

Monitor service platforms to ensure interpreters connect on time and services run smoothly.

Verify interpreters have proper equipment (functional computer, quality headset, stable internet).

Maintain and update databases, records, and management systems with accurate information.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents for decision-making support.

Collaborate on operational improvements by identifying issues and proposing solutions.

Ensure effective communication across departments for seamless coordination.

Support internal audits and quality reviews by organizing required documentation.

Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred.

1–2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or support roles (preferably in a BPO or language services environment).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and / or Google Workspace.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and use new platforms or tools.

Fully bilingual (Spanish / English), with strong proficiency in both languages.

Immediate availability to start work.
