• Monitorear, analizar y reportar las conversaciones y menciones en redes sociales, foros y medios digitales sobre una marca, producto o industria, para identificar tendencias, oportunidades, crisis potenciales y percepciones del público.### Funciones principales :
• Utilizar herramientas de escucha social (como Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Hootsuite Insights, etc.).
• Analizar menciones, hashtags y sentimientos del público.
• Elaborar reportes sobre reputación online y tendencias.
• Detectar oportunidades de mejora en la comunicación y atención al cliente digital.
• Colaborar con equipos de marketing, comunicación y servicio al cliente para ajustar estrategias.### Habilidades requeridas :
