About the role

We are seeking a remote Marketing Virtual Assistant with marketing expertise to support our client in providing essential assistance across administrative, marketing, and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and experienced in executing digital marketing tasks. You’ll help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain a consistent digital presence, and support the team in driving marketing efforts.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist with general virtual assistant tasks such as calendar management, email handling, and document preparation.
• Update and maintain content on the company website (WordPress or similar CMS).
• Track, organize, and analyze lead data using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Support marketing campaigns including email outreach, social media scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Monitor marketing KPIs and help prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Research tools, trends, and strategies to improve digital marketing efforts.
