Position Overview

The HR & Administration Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative operations for the PVC manufacturing and product sales site in Lima, Peru. This includes talent acquisition, labor relations, compliance, training, and facility management. The role prefers candidates with bilingual proficiency in both English and Chinese to coordinate with both local teams and headquarters in China.

Key Responsibilities :

1. HR Strategy & Operations

• Develop and implement HR policies tailored to PVC manufacturing and sales operations.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews.
• Lead training programs for factory and sales staff, including safety and compliance.
• Handle labor relations and ensure compliance with Peruvian labor laws.
