Role Overview : This position provides immediate support to individuals affected by fires and disasters via the 1-800-BOARDUP Victim Assistance Program. Responsibilities include educating fire departments, police, EMS, dispatchers, the Red Cross, and the public about our services. The role also involves sponsoring or participating in local charity events to raise awareness and funds for charities like the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, Firefighter Cancer Support, and others.

Hours : 20-25 hours / week for education, marketing, and events, with on-call availability for emergency responses (weather permitting).

Compensation : Negotiable wages, flexible hours, marketing budget, car allowance, cell phone, and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities :

• Complete all training and onboarding requirements.
• Prepare weekly activity reports.
• Collaborate with sales and estimator teams to ensure proper customer handoff.
• Engage with fire departments to promote the BOARDUP program.
• Participate in charity events to promote awareness.
• Respond to scene emergencies, assisting firefighters and victims with valuables, vouchers, etc.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
