We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to join our team in Peru. The Medical Director will provide clinical leadership and strategic direction, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. This role will oversee medical staff performance, promote compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. The Medical Director will be instrumental in shaping clinical policies, supporting medical teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to medical staff and healthcare teams
• Develop, implement, and monitor medical policies and procedures in line with local healthcare regulations and company standards
• Ensure compliance with Peruvian health laws, accreditation requirements, and internal protocols
• Collaborate with administrative, operational, and clinical departments to optimize healthcare delivery and patient outcomes
• Lead clinical quality improvement projects and initiatives to enhance patient safety and service excellence
• Oversee medical staff recruitment, training, and professional development activities
• Review and analyze clinical performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
• Serve as a liaison with external healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and professional organizations
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, ethical practice, and patient‑centered care
