Overview

Talent & Marketing Coordinator at Pinner Construction Co., Inc. Your primary goal will be to assist the project team as an acting liaison between owners, design teams, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants. This includes, but is not limited to, material procurement and schedule coordination. Throughout the project, it will be the responsibility of the project team and the Project Engineer to ensure that the technical aspects of the project are completed as established in the project’s specifications. By taking initiative in executing all responsibilities with expediency and accuracy, you will create value for yourself and your project.

Base pay

$70,000.00 / yr - $85,000.00 / yr

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the RFC process onsite in coordination with our trade partners and field supervision staff. Emphasizing timeliness and coordination to meet the contractual milestones
  • Review and analyze the project submittals to ensure they meet the requirements of the project documents and align with the project schedule
  • Track all material and procurement (log) to ensure delivery of material aligns with the project schedule
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation, including but not limited to meeting minutes, SWPPP Reports, Daily Reports, photos, and Safety Audits
  • Perform daily site walks observing safety, project progress, procurement of materials, as well as communicate and coordinate with field personnel
  • Review, analyze, and produce financial and contractual project documents for the project team, owner, subcontractors, design team, and associate team members
  • Closely study and analyze the contract terms and conditions
  • Work in collaboration with the Project Manager and Project Superintendent to ensure contractual, administrative, and technical aspects of the project are met to ensure execution of tasks and responsibilities as determined in the official contract documents

Qualifications

  • Work in Los Angeles County or Orange County
  • Hold either a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, Architecture, or relevant 2-7 years of industry experience
