Overview

A private equity firm is seeking a VP of Asset Management to lead strategy and operations across a national commercial real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting for assigned assets
  • Manage leasing, capital improvements, and third-party property teams
  • Review and negotiate leases, loan documents, and PSAs
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to support asset execution

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of commercial real estate asset or property management experience
  • Strong knowledge of leasing, finance, accounting, and real estate law
  • Proficiency in Argus and financial modeling
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience across multiple asset types (office, retail, industrial, multifamily, healthcare)
