At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team in Colombia. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovating, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will play a crucial role in modernizing a large system by developing new features for a cutting-edge rail management platform for an American train company. Working closely with a dynamic team and stakeholders, you\'ll ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and implementing effective and scalable backend solutions, including designing, coding, testing, and maintaining existing systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions
• Design and implement well-designed and functional interfaces, guided by business analysts
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning
• Engage in continuous learning opportunities within a highly collaborative team
