Overview

Large top-tier law firm seeks Litigation Secretary to work out of its Century City office. The position has a hybrid in-office / remote working schedule. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of stable experience managing files, records, attorney calendars and time records; and preparing attorney expense reports – preferably at a large to mid-sized firm. Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of litigation document preparation, including processing edits, generating redlines, PDF creation, conversions and quality control of work product, utilizing Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.

Experience handling executive assistant duties such as researching and making complex travel arrangements for attorneys, including assisting with visa requirements.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of stable experience managing files, records, attorney calendars and time records; and preparing attorney expense reports – preferably at a large to mid-sized firm.

Experience with litigation document preparation, including processing edits, generating redlines, PDF creation, conversions and quality control of work product; proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience handling executive assistant duties such as researching and arranging complex travel for attorneys, including visa requirements.
