👷 We are looking for a Cost and Budget Specialist

A Cost and Budget Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing an organization's financial health by ensuring efficient use of resources and strategic financial planning. Here’s a breakdown of their key responsibilities and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of budgets for civil, maritime, and resilience engineering projects.
Ensure the technical and economic accuracy of estimates, structure and validate prices, measurements, and cost analyses.
Coordinate specifications and maintain updated databases to support economic proposals (TENDER / CAPEX).

Qualifications

Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields in the construction sector.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in cost estimation and control for civil, port, or maritime infrastructure projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, S10, advanced Excel, or other equivalent software.

Knowledge of cost structures, unit price analysis, and valuations.

Strong analytical skills, technical judgment, and results-oriented approach.

Advanced level of technical English.
