This Gen AI Software Engineer role is part of Inktel's AI team and contributes to ongoing AI projects across voice agents and backend automation.
This is a full-time, long-term position with no fixed end date, offering the opportunity to grow with the company and make a tangible impact on multiple AI-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Gen AI solutions for voice agents, backend automation, and other efficiency-driven projects.
- Research, prototype, and integrate existing AI tools and frameworks to solve business problems.
- Build solutions that are scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready.
- Collaborate with the core team while maintaining the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Adapt across projects, applying creative thinking and hands-on execution to diverse challenges.
Requirements
4+ years as a backend software engineer, preferably with PythonProven experience implementing AI-driven solutions (focus on implementation, not research)Hands-on experience with enterprise-level projects using scalable and secure technologiesAbility to rapidly research, evaluate, and integrate new tools and technologiesStrong understanding of GenAI trends and toolsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a small, dynamic teamHunger to learn, impact, and growBenefits
