Base pay range

$230,000.00 / yr - $275,000.00 / yr

Additional compensation types

We\'re working with a global consulting firm to bring in a Managing Director to their accounting advisory group in Los Angeles. This person will be a key driver of business development and tasked with expanding their footprint and market presence in the area. We\'re looking for someone currently or recently in a Senior Manager or Director role within external audit or accounting advisory. Big 4 experience, current or past, is required.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the local office\'s accounting advisory service line and collaborate with other lines for cross-selling and integrated service delivery.
  • Leverage your professional network and foster new relationships within the market for business opportunities and talent acquisition.
  • Provide leadership in client delivery and talent development.
  • Collaborate with other leaders on strategic plans for development, expansion, and refinement.
  • Provide guidance on complex issues related to technical accounting, financial reporting, transactions, and more.

    • Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or consulting.
  • Proven leadership and track record of business development in an accounting advisory / consulting group.
  • Current or prior Big 4 firm experience required.
  • CPA required.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Effective communicator and ability to maintain positive relationships across the organization and externally.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a high sense of integrity.
