You bring to Applaudo the following competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong expertise in UI automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber, POM) and API automation (Postman, Rest Assured, Karate DSL).
• Hands-on experience in mobile automation with Appium and other frameworks (Espresso, XCUITest, Detox).
• Familiarity with DevOps / QAOps practices and CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, AWS).
• Solid knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases for test data management.
• ISTQB CTFL and Appium Certified Developer.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaborative mindset, and strong communication skills in English for direct client interaction.
• English is a requirement, as you will be working directly with US-based clients.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities

Qualifications

Knowledge of automation and agile methodologies (SCRUM), ISTQB certification (CFTL is a plus).
