We are related to CPB Abogados, a firm established in Peru in 1999, which provides legal services in different areas of law such as Corporate, Tax, M&A, Financial, Compliance, Real Estate, Intellectual Property, Criminal, among others.
We are currently looking to add two top-level professionals to join our team :
A senior attorney with at least 15 years of experience in estate planning, succession, and international taxation, capable of leading complex projects and managing relationships with high-profile international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of estate and succession planning projects for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
- Design and oversee cross-border investment structures with a tax-efficient focus.
- Represent the firm in meetings with clients, financial institutions, and family offices.
- Coordinate and guide a team of attorneys and advisors across multiple jurisdictions.
- Stay up to date with tax and regulatory developments in the U.S. and Latin America.
Requirements
Law degree (required).Master's degree in Tax, Corporate, or International Law (preferred).15+ years of experience in estate planning, international taxation, and cross-border structuring.Proven experience advising HNWIs, investment funds, and family offices.Advanced English (spoken and written).Strong leadership, strategic communication, and client management skills.An attorney with 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate law, estate planning, and international taxation, focused on cross-border structures between the U.S. and Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design and implementation of international legal and tax structures.Advise HNWIs, investment funds, and financial institutions.Draft and review contracts and legal documents in English and Spanish.Conduct legal and market research on international regulatory matters.Collaborate closely with the senior team on multijurisdictional projects.Requirements
