Position : Director of Operations

Overview :

This is a mission-critical leadership role ideal for someone with a sharp operational mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for driving efficiency in a creative, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading operations in an agency or marketing services setting, with a proven ability to build scalable systems, manage high-performing teams, and ensure client deliverables are met with precision.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day business operations across project management, client services, creative production, and finance coordination
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and team collaboration
• Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational KPIs
• Develop and manage operational budgets, vendor contracts, and workflow systems
• Monitor client deliverables and internal SLAs to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
• Build and mentor high-performing teams across departments
• Own internal systems and tools (e.g., project management software, CRM, time tracking)
• Serve as a liaison between creative, client-facing, and technical departments to ensure smooth operations
