About the Role
Marketing Coordinator South Latam - Period Care Coordinate and follow up on the value strategy through understanding the consumer, market, and competition; ensuring the long-term profitable sustainability of the period care category by understanding markets, consumers, competitors, and trends. High ability to build relationships, influence, and mobilize local and regional cross-functional teams (collaborative work).
What You Will Do
- Support in monitoring the development of new global and local product / projects (innovation funnel) – Period Care
- Assist in coordinating and ensuring compliance with the category’s Strategic Plan according to business guidelines, segmenting the consumer based on needs, and understanding and leveraging the attributes and benefits of the category – Period Care
- Identify market, consumer, and shopper insights, finding entry opportunities or category adjustments to grow and make the business profitable – Period Care
- Support the development of communication campaigns – Period Care
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on topics related to new projects / innovation – Period Care
- Assist in aligning the strategy with different countries and with the brand strategy
- Create codes for new Nosotras products (Period & Daily Care) and TENA
- Develop competitive analysis to measure superiority : coordinate and review main competitors with local teams, develop Excel sheets with competition by country, coordinate sample purchase and shipping with local teams, and coordinate lab testing development with the quality team – Nosotras (Period & Daily Care) and TENA
- Lead pre-costing exercises for new materials, specification changes, or counts for Nosotras (Period & Daily Care) and TENA products
- Create purchase orders for various services for Nosotras (Period & Daily Care) and TENA
- Analyze and update market information monthly (BMR) for Nosotras (Period & Daily Care) and TENA
Who You Are
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in fast-moving consumer goods companiesProject management, results-oriented, leadership, teamwork, effective communication, innovation, and creativityAbility to mobilize, anticipate, and be proactiveStrong analytical and numerical skillsExperience handling market information and competitive analysisPresentation skills and good storytelling abilityExperience working comfortably in dynamic, multidisciplinary, and multicultural environmentsUpper intermediate in English (written and spoken)Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Acts proactively, responsibly, and constructively with a permanent culture of innovation and adaptability, anticipating consumer needs and aligned with business objectivesAvailability to travel if necessaryWhat We Can Offer You
