Join our Team! Creative Architect sought for Project Development and Coordination.

At DRRP Spaces, a company based in Lima, Quito, and Madrid with over 19 years of experience designing and building Office, Retail, Healthcare, and Industrial spaces, we are looking for a Creative Architect who combines a high level of creativity with strong technical and coordination capabilities.

You will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish : from the initial concept to project delivery, ensuring that each space is inspiring, functional, technically flawless, and profitable.

What will you do?

Lead the design and development of innovative architectural projects, from the conceptual idea to final execution.
Coordinate the work of the design team, drafters, and external vendors, ensuring the technical quality of plans, details, and specifications.
Review and validate construction solutions, coordinating architecture with engineering, installations, and current regulations.
Participate in meetings with clients to understand their needs and transform them into clear, functional, and aesthetically powerful proposals.
Manage project deadlines, deliverables, and resources, anticipating risks and proposing solutions.
Define and / or validate the selection of materials, finishes, and construction systems, always seeking the balance between design, cost, and technical feasibility.
Stay current on trends in architecture, interior design, sustainability, and technologies applied to design and construction.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

More than 8 years of experience in architectural project design and coordination, ideally in corporate and retail spaces.

Experience leading projects and coordinating teams (internal and external).

Proficiency in design tools : AutoCAD, 3D modeling software (Revit, SketchUp, or others), and Adobe suite.

Strong knowledge of construction details, regulations, specialty coordination, and blueprint interpretation.

High creativity, passion for design, and ability to generate original, functional, and executable solutions.

Excellent communication skills, leadership, teamwork, and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
