This pivotal role will take full ownership of delivering the commercial strategy within our biggest general & local customer in Mexico for the Personal Care & Beauty & Wellbeing business in both BUs. As the CBD Lead, you will inspire and collaborate with the Marketing, CSP and Customer Operations, and lead the agenda of unmissable superior execution and transformative business for the most impactful business for MT to achieve, challenging short-term and long-term performance. This role will be directly responsible for €200 million TO and will lead a team of : Lead across teams, the target to double the business in just 5 years with WalmartLeading the CBD team for B&W; / PC, and the agenda of great executionsOmnichannel agenda (ambitions to get 5x growth in 3 years)Discipline for executions in every point of sale every dayThis role will lead, coach and guide the team in negotiation processes and serve as the escalation point for senior management in the differences top management areas in WM (Transformations area : Connect, Operations Team, Commercial & eCommerce) and related areas.
