About The Role

We’re looking for a Sr. Visual Designer with strong experience in UI / UX design, email marketing, and packaging to lead and execute creative strategy across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative direction for digital and physical experiences (website, emails, packaging, etc.)
  • Oversee UI / UX improvements to optimize the customer journey
  • Design or supervise the design of marketing emails.
  • Lead packaging design that aligns with the brand and enhances unboxing experience
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment
  • Manage internal and external designers or agencies as needed
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a creative leadership role
  • Strong background in UI / UX, graphic design, email marketing, and packaging
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Klaviyo or similar
  • Previous experience working with e-commerce brands is required
  • Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience working remotely and across time zones is a plus
