As a key member of the Peruvian Enabling Team (PET), you will provide organizational leadership across the affiliate, jointly sharing accountability for the affiliate's transformation journey. Separately, this role requires you to provide leadership and coaching for the functional areas of Business Finance, Financial Accounting, Tax (dotted line), OneProcurement, OneTreasury & Credit Management, and Commercial Operations. Use system thinking and an end-to-end view to identify business opportunities and mobilize networks for impact. Manage local finance while ensuring compliance with Roche Group Accounting, IFRS, and local accounting standards.Who You Are- A minimum of 10 years of finance experience with time spent in a leadership position.- A professional Accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACA, CIMA) or a University Degree / MBA.- A proven record of ensuring financial governance and a strong network within the internal and external financial communities.- Pharmaceutical knowledge is highly appreciatedLanguage : - Spanish and English language fluency is required.- Mindset and Behaviors : A mindset and behaviors consistent with the role of leaders in agile organizations, characterized as Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst.
