About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is creative, detail‑oriented, and highly proactive. In this role, you will work directly under the Marketing Director and contribute to a wide range of initiatives across social media, video production, paid media support, SEO, web publishing, CRM flows, and offline marketing.

This position is ideal for a hands‑on digital marketer with strong content creation skills who thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment. You will play a key role in scaling the firm’s digital presence, enhancing brand positioning, and supporting multi‑channel marketing campaigns.

What you’ll be doing

Content & Social Media

• Create and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Edit short‑form videos (Reels / Shorts) using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or OpusClip.
• Design static and motion graphics using Canva and Adobe tools.
• Write clear, engaging copy for posts, stories, and educational content.
• Run A / B tests on hooks, formats, and visuals to improve performance.
