Descripción del trabajoLead business banking product ownership across multiple regions Oversee client onboarding processes, credit workflows, and profitability analysis Use Salesforce CRM to extract client information, create 360° client views, and propose banking solutions Implement and standardize technology and process improvements across regions Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product design, delivery, and change management Ensure alignment of business banking operations across Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean Strong experience in business / commercial banking Background in product management, product ownership, or project delivery Experience with client onboarding, credit lines, profitability tracking, and CRM systems Familiarity with Salesforce or similar client management tools Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience working in multi-country or global banking operations is an asset
