Job Overview

Program leaders work directly with an assigned class of approximately 20-25 students in a K-8 school setting. They serve as positive role models, coaches, and mentors, supporting the ISANA Mission and Vision through effective implementation of daily activities and Fun Friday projects. Program leaders are flexible, committed, hardworking, and enthusiastic in their interactions with stakeholders. They will receive ongoing training and coaching to enhance their engagement in an expanded learning environment.

Requirements

• At least 48 college credits
• Ability to speak, read, and write academic English
• Prior experience working with school-aged children (preferred)
• Must clear TB and fingerprint checks

Hours

Monday – Friday, 2 : 15 pm – 6 : 00 pm
