Sales Executive

Role Description

This is a full‑time Sales Executive role based in Lima, Peru, with opportunities to work remotely and travel on the road to prospect clients. The selected candidate will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, providing tailored logistics solutions to clients, and staying updated on market trends to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Sales and Negotiation skills, including a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Business Development
• Knowledge of the logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present tailored solutions
• Analytical skills, with the ability to assess client needs and identify growth opportunities
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools
• Ability to work independently, adapt to a hybrid work environment, and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with the US and international trade markets is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
