It Systems (Lima)

We are looking for a proactive Junior IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Lima.You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure, across on-premise environments, cloud platforms (AWS & GCP), and networking systems.This role combines hands-on technical execution with strategic systems management, supporting both local and remote teams.Key Responsibilities : Provide L1 and L2 support for users and systems (hardware, software, and network)Manage and maintain servers, storage, and cloud infrastructure (Windows Server, Linux, AWS, GCP)Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access pointsSupport identity and access management across platforms and ensure compliance with security policiesCoordinate with remote IT teams for incident response, VPN connectivity, and infrastructure optimizationContribute to documentation, automation, and process improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiencyRequirements : Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields1 year of experience in IT infrastructure management or operationsHands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu / CentOS), and cloud platforms - basic experience is ok (AWS, GCP)Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP / IP, VPN, VLAN, firewalls, DNS)Familiarity with IDC operations and physical server management is a plusIntermediate to advanced English (able to communicate in english)Strong problem-solving attitude, autonomy, and accountabilityWhat we offer : A culture that values innovation, experiment with new ideas, teamwork, and continuous learningPermanent contract with full payroll benefits100% covered EPS health insurance (Rimac Plan 1)Hybrid work model after the onboarding period (Lima : San Isidro)Team-building activities and company events throughout the year
