Position Overview
Reporting to the Director, Client Solutions and as an integral part of Questel’s Client Solutions Team, this role is responsible for generating pricing estimates for clients, tracking pricing trends across sales verticals, analyzing win and loss ratios and communicating strategies within the Sales department.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Price and quote client estimates in order to win new projects while maintaining standard profit margins
 - Understand all Questel products and services while applying company pricing guidelines and models to produce accurate, competitive estimates
 - Responsible for accurately conveying client demands and requests to the Operations team
 - Respond to inquiries in a timely and service-oriented manner, both internally with sales and project managers, and externally with clients
 - Consult project managers to examine job details and goals of a project, and sales to understand client requirements and project scope
 - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and past clients through regular communication, reports, project management, and strategy development
 - Track win / loss ratios and use data to improve sales strategies and processes
 - Attend and participate in weekly department meetings
 - Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required. In addition, any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities :
Track record using proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationshipsA combination of business development and account management skills requiredProficient in all Microsoft Office applicationsAble to qualify, identify, and clarify client needs through effective questioning and listeningAble to analyze and synthesize information and evaluate external client needs as they correlate to Questel's servicesStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recordsStrong interpersonal, customer service, and telephone skills, and ability to maintain, strengthen, and develop relationships externally and within the organizationStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills, using professional tone and language; tactful and diplomatic with a clear, straightforward, courteous, and cooperative manner when dealing with othersDetail-oriented, thorough, accurate, and able to work quickly and steadily in a focused mannerAble to deal with frequent changes, delays, interruptions, and unexpected eventsStrong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervisionStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilitiesExcellent planning and organizational skillsParticipate in a culture of responsiveness to strengthen relationships and ensure the needs and time of others are met and respectedWilling to work occasionally during non-standard hoursFluent in EnglishFluency in another language, other than English, preferred but not requiredSupervision Received
