Overview

Vice President of Finance And Operations — Mackie Myers has been engaged by a fast-growing beverage company to help appoint a Vice President of Operations & Finance. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic consumer brand during a pivotal stage of growth, with responsibility across both operations and finance.

Base pay range

$200,000.00 / yr - $235,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations across supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics
  • Manage relationships with co-manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance
  • Oversee inventory management, demand planning, and cost optimization
  • Own financial leadership : accounting, FP&A, budgeting, and reporting
  • Implement scalable systems, processes, and KPIs across operations and finance
  • Partner with executive leadership to support strategic growth initiatives
  • Build and lead a high-performing team across both functions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial standards

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in operations and finance, ideally within CPG, food, or beverage
  • Hands-on experience managing co-manufacturers / contract packers and complex supply chains
  • Strong financial acumen, with background in accounting and FP&A
  • Proven success in scaling businesses, ideally in high-growth environments
  • Leadership experience with the ability to hire, develop, and inspire teams
  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
